Being able to know and accept yourself and transform your thoughts, feelings and behaviour is vital good leadership and for developing coaching skills. This experiential session will give you an opportuntity to evaluate and reflect on six components for achieving personal mastery.
Barry Ahern works as an Enneagram specialist in areas that include coaching, communication, leadership development, decision making and team development. He has contributed to programs at universities and graduate programmes. He is an associate of the Irish Management Institute.

Véronique has quite an experience in the communication and marketing fields. Now a coach, she is a member of the French speaking Federation of Professional Coaches and former member of the board of this Federation. She has participated in developping norms of quality to create a label of competence for coaches. She has written two books among which Savoir se vendre (How to sell yourself ). Véronique is also co-founder of the Enneagram and Coaching School in Paris.
Robert, MBA, was the Human Ressources Manager of an international banking group. He became a coach ten years ago and was appointed Chairman of the Board of the French speaking Federation of Professional Coaches. Now a Professional coach, he trained himself to NLP and to the Enneagram. Co-author of Agir en coach (Acting as a Coach) he also wrote quite a few articles on coaching. Robert is also co-founder of the Enneagram and Coaching School in Paris.

MBA, Eric is the Director of the Centre d’Etudes de l’Enneagramme in Paris. He has been an Enneagram teacher for fifteen years and has taught more than 3000 participants in nine different countries, including India and Iran. Previously, Eric used to be the manager of an international department in a banking group. Trained in several techniques, including bodywork, he is also a Gestalt therapist. Eric is the author of four Enneagram books, one of which, The ABC of the Enneagram has been translated into nine languages. As a consultant, he has been leading leadership seminars for French corporations, lately in collaboration with Robert Dilts.
